Shipping Information

1. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
2. Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and the weight of your order. You can review shipping costs during the checkout process.
4. We deliver our products in 5 business days.

 

Returns & Exchanges

At Kidz Corner, we do not offer returns on any products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange. To be eligible, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by contacting our customer support with photos or videos as proof. Once we verify the damage, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product within 10 business days. Please note that exchanges will only be provided after successful verification of the reported issue.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy applies.
